The Easiest and Cheapest Way To Whiten Teeth

It doesn't need to cost a lot of money, in fact my whitening routine cost about $6 all together. Simply use Sensodyne whitening and hydrogen peroxide. I add about 25% of my mouthwash with pure hydrogen peroxide. It kills bacteria, viruses, fungi, and even covid! It is also the main ingredient in all whitening products. Sensodyne on the other hand is a very good toothpaste brand that removes staining incredibly. It is also very low in abrasiveness and very safe on crowns and implants. On top of that is has anti-sensitive ingredients (potassium nitrate), which keeps teeth pain free.

I love this video! Before I saw this, I assumed that the giddiness of toothpastes would help to polish the teeth. I also bought a Phillips whitening pen that has hydrogen peroxide in it, but I figured to buy it because they would make it a concentration that wouldn't do damage to my mouth versus doing it myself and hurting myself. Thank you for this awesome info!
